Hello!!! (Grrr! Woof! and all that)... Welcome to the Oregon Bears' annual camp-out website for2011, a no attitude, ALL BEAR (and friends) event. On these pages, you will find event information, registration options and more about the Oregon Bears.

Here are some things you probably want to know:
1. Where is it? As you can probably tell by the map, the location for this year's camping event will be in the town of Cougar, Washington.
Roughly 30 miles north and 30 miles east of Portland, Cougar sits about one-third the distance to Seattle, making it an easy place to get to from either location.
If you intend to fly in for the event, check on air-fares to BOTH cities (Seattle or Portland) to get your best deal! Some airlines come to both cities, but depending on the competition, one or the other may be the best for you.
Either way, the drive is beautiful from both cities.
2. Camp Prices. We have posted prices to this website. Please check on the "Information and Prices" link above to find the 2011 price list.
3. So whats new? Well, this year, we are going to be at a facility that has onsite cabins and rustic rooms that you can rent on your own if you (or your camping buddies) aren't up for "roughing it" and prefer a less "campy" experience this year.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: NOTICE - AS OF JULY 20- ONLY ONE CABIN ROOM REMAINS. ONLY CAMP and RV SITES REMAIN AFTER THAT - PLEASE HURRY!! Please contact LONE FIR directly for any cancelations. On-site cabin rentals are seperate from the club event. You must hurry to reserve your cabin/unit if you want to stay in one! (Limited availability).
